Hi !  My name is Vicki Dale.  I ride a 1981 Yamaha Maxim 650.  My husband Donald, found my bike in the weeds and purchased it for $100.00 for parts.  I immediately took to it and claimed it for myself.  Donald worked it over and by the end of the evening he was taking it around the block.  For the next few month we were cleaning it up, buying a new seat and saddle bags, putting on a faring with a windshield, and my brother Brock gave it a fantastic burgundy/pink paint job with decals.  We haven't stopped since !  We easily put on 100 miles every weekend on our own and try to make as many rides with Shawnee Riders and other benefit rides for our community as weather permits.
